Before Order, please confirm the item can fit on your vehicle. To ensure the axle size can install on the vehicle.The items no stock.due to the axle size need make as per customer demand.

So when customer place order, need inform us the following information:

1. The motor volt and power need(The power various from 500W to 3KW )? example: 500W 48V.

2.The axle brake system you need is disc brake or drum brake type or other requires?

3. The axle length you need is how much(Or tell us the vehicle width also ok,we will make the axle length as per it)? See below photo the axle length measure way:

Notes:
1. Length: The length of the rear axle can be selected from 30cm to 90cm. If the length exceeds 90cm, a price difference will be charged.
The length of the rear axle in our store ranges from 30cm to 180cm, and customers can choose from these options.
2. Motor power: 500w-3000w, default voltage can be selected as 48-60v. If 72v or other wattage is required, the difference in voltage needs to be compensated.
3. Style: The rear axle can be either split or integrated, and customers can choose according to their requirements.
4. Gear speed: The gearbox defaults to a gear ratio of 1:8+1:22.5 for both the transmission and the generator. If other speed ratios are required, such as 1:10, 1:28, or 1:37, a partial price difference will need to be paid. The high and low speed ratios can be changed.
5. After-sales Service: The motor rear axle controller comes with a one-year warranty, and other small parts can be replaced with a price difference. Large and small parts that are damaged during inspection, receipt, or transportation should be contacted for replacement. Purchasing the complete set: Many small parts of the frame and rear axle require welding. The motor controller circuit needs to be wired and debugged before it can be used. Strong practical skills are required. It is not recommended for those lacking experience and technical skills, as it may not meet their expectations. Be cautious when selecting heavy goods.
